Bad service from REPLAY South Africa

I bought a t-shirt on Replay jeans South Africa online website, and they delivered me a torn and damaged t-shirt looking like a factory reject..I sent them emails and a picture of the t-shirt, they still didn't reply, called and spoke to the lady called Danielle and she promised that the t-shirt will be picked up and exchanged or I will be refunded if there's no more stock, until today they've never said anything they've been ignoring my emails, calls and DMs.
