Bad online experience at replay

I bought sneakers online from Replay on the 27th of November 2022 and still haven’t received them. They sent me an email stating that they don’t have the size I bought I then replayed to their email and said “ I see you guys have a size 42 can you guys please send the size 42 instead of the 41” that was the last communication I heard from them I’ve sent out numerous emails and tried calling and yet I haven’t been helped I went to the Replay in Mall of Africa in December of 2022 and I was told that they don’t deal with online purchases the Sandton brunch does however I asked the lady to call or send an email to the lady in Sandton and she did and copied me in the mail and she never responded I also sent out emails after she sent the email and I never got any feedback. I just want my money back no stories as I’m never going to shop at Reply again and I’ll make sure I tell people about my bad experience I mean we are heading to March 2023 and I still haven’t received what I bought I want my money
