Appalling service at Replay Jeans South Africa omline

I ordered items online from Replay Jeans, I didn't receive one of the items because it was out of stock and I was not informed. I had to call them only to be told that the item is out of stock.

The item I received was a wrong size, I struggled to return the item when I finally did, I have been waiting for two weeks now to receive my refund from the store. Communication with them is limited to email and they don't respond to emails timeously. Never buy from them using their online platform, their service is awful.
