Replace a phone not fixing my phone in time

Ref number: TGS/857. My phone was replaced by replace a phone in March 2015. However, less than 6 months down the line, the phone started giving problems because it was not charging. I send the phone in for repairs. It has been a nightmare. While the consultant who has been assisting me has been helpful, it is now almost going to a month since the phone went in for repairs. I was told that the TAT IS 7 TO 14 DAYS. The days are way passed that. I keep being told that the supplier has not responded to Replace a phone as to when my phone will be fixed. This is totally unacceptable. First of all they issue defective phones and when you send them in for repairs it takes forever to fix them.. This is such BAD service... I will not go anyway near Replace A phone Again. They just have poor service.
