Disgusted!

This is absolutely disappointing. I've placed an order for my son as well exactly a month ago, 13th Jan 2025, till date no communication and no way of contacting them, tried sending WhatsApp msgs but they read n don't reply, number that is on the site goes straight to voicemail, I also tried messaging on IG however no luck! It's a lot of money we work hard for and then you do not even get your order! Really upsetting!
