My name is Micheala. My mom saw an ad in the classifieds in your newspaper, Sept 18th 2020 about an appliance repairer. The name of the man who came name was Steve ***. At the time my mother was not at home and my father who did not know about the repairer coming let him in. After quoting things the man demanded his call out fee. My father asked him to wait for my mom. My mom had arrived and the man simply left. My mom was then contacted on WhatsApp threatening her by saying he knows where she lives. Are these the classifieds that you allow to advertise????? She is willing to pay and asks him for and invoice and his banking details but he does not accept this and continues to harass her on her personal mobile. Please bring attention to this. This is very sketchy and very unprofessional and not to mention disrespectful. Who's speaks like this to customers.
