Non-return of equipment

Very unreliable! They keep on having excuses on bringing back my equipment that was at their workshop. Every day there's a different reason why they can't come and I am starting to think they never intended on bringing it back in the first place. They do not come when they say they will, they do not call back when they say they will. It's been more than a week since they said they would bring it, I've been calling several times a day. And now they are annoyed at me and said they are not bringing it back at all.
