Quick to charge a call-out fee (without a quote as well) but no follow ups. No credibility.

They tell you that the call-out fee is R500 and only payable on acceptance of the quote. Quick to come out and charge you R550 for the call-out even when they aren't able to provide a quote. It's been 9 days and I'm still waiting for that quote, but have already paid for a call-out fee that helps me with nothing.

I called the offices and was promised they would get back to me. No apology though, mind you. I emailed them too. No response. Good luck to you guys for staying in business.
