Poor workmanship with no returning to sort it out

I have paid for the services of Repair Crew to fix my bathroom toilet. The team has been back 3 times and still no properly fixed toilet that isn't leaking water. I have requested the team 3 weeks ago to sort it out once again, but one excuse after the other & eventually the owner told me to find someone else to fix it. He is rude & not prepared to refund me for the shoddy work.
