Repair Clinic Fridge

Hello, Talent Gundabope, Repair Clinic, came to repair my fridge during lock down 2 days ago. The fridge was freezing. I paid R1400 upfront and was told there is a 6 month warantee. He was very confident in his knowledge of Samsung and that it will work and would not leave until I made the full payment to him. Now the freezer is not freezing at all. He says he is on his way, but has never arrived. Now, he is not answering the phone. I was not given a receipt or invoice.
