Renva Logistics- Nightmare movers

I had a horrible experience. They were hired to move my goods in August. 1. They arrived 2 hours late on the day 2. They didn't have covers or bubble wrap when I had paid for an "all inclusive" service (which supposedly included insurance). When I questioned this in case of rain the response was "well let's hope it doesn't rain", and assured me that my goods were covered up to R100 000 anyways. 3. They bought a small regular truck which I had told them would not be big enough for the amount of stuff I had. I told them early on to get a trailer as the goods would not fit. They loaded the furniture sky high and only after I had complained a few times did they go get a trailer (at my expense) delaying the move further. 4. They lost an antique drawer with costume jewelry of over R1200. After notifying them of the this they gave me the runaround for 3 months, then at some point they refused to do anything about the missing drawer . I was only asking for a replacement side table of R460 as the furniture piece is antique and after chasing them for weeks they only sent me R100. I sent it back. The person I was corresponding with was rude and dismissive. I overlooked a lot because I just needed to move asap and though I was stressed and irritated on the day of the move I at least got to where I needed to be, but they are unprofessional and that R100 was a slap in the face and the absolute the last straw.
