1) My spare wheel has already been back 9 (nine) times to Renault Bryanston as it makes a HUGE noise, since the second month of purchasing the car and every time they just tightened the *****S, Francinah can testify to that. Exactly two to three weeks ago they did it once again, whilst they were busy with renovations. 2) I phoned the Dealer Principal, Rick Scott on Monday, the 20th of January 2020 as I'm tired of dealing with the Maintenance Manager. He promised that he would wait for me till 18h00 and then he will have fixed. When I got there he did ZERO as in ZERO!!!! 3) I was charged R14 999-99 including VAT for leather seats when I purchased the car. The driver seat started to tear and my Director who is in the furniture industry says it is Leather Touch. I asked, Mark a Salesman is the leather in the cars real. He said absolutely NOT, if you want genuine leather seats we sent it to our upholsterer and then we charge you for LEATHER SEATS when we invoice your bank for finance, clearly stating LEATHER. He confirmed to me that I was not supposed to be charged R14 999-99 when I purchase my Renault Duster 1.6 on the 29th of June 2017. I got a copy of the invoice from MFC Bank that they invoiced (see attached) as if my car was fitted with GENUINE LEATHER SEATS. Your adds of the Duster on the Internet states clearly by “Seats and Interior Environments” – Leather Upholstery X a. I want every cent back of so called “leather seats” that is in my Duster b. Secondly Renault will fix my so called “leather seats” on their expense 4) My paintwork is starting to come off and I reported this within 6 (six) months or less of purchase. Every time I go to the branch, the person who needs to take pictures is not available, but I had an appointment. Francinah can testify to that. No Rick Scott is stating that he is not going to put in a false claim as Renew-It Rivonia should have blended the door is when I had my accident on the 20th of February 2018. 5) Christopher Matthews, who knows me very well, when I walk in he already says just give me the key to check the spare tyre. He also had the audacity to phone me yesterday, the 29th of January 2010, my Director listened to the call, telling me telling me that he has been driving a Duster for years and I’m the first person complaining about my spare tyre. He insisted that he needs my car for a day and I said sure, if you have a loan car for me. My car was booked in last year July for it’s first service and he promised me that he will sort it out FOREVER
LUCY, YOU ROCK AS YOU HAVEN'T PHONE BACK AT ALL, GREAT RENAULT!!!!!!
