Won’t give authentication key - seriously

I bought a Renault Clio 4 in 2015 from Renault Bryanston and had great service initially ; however since then has been a different story , I took my car in more than 12 times for squeaking brakes which to this day are still ****ing my ears on a daily basis and now I get my battery replaced which requires an authentication key to be able to listen to the radio and I’m met with nothing but rude people and no we can’t give it to you over the phone ; my first Renault they wrote it in my book for me , the last time I had my battery replaced someone finally gave it to me over the phone yet this time I’m told it’s like giving you a bank pin over the phone ... I’m sorry how is listening to my radio in my car anything like a bank pin over the phone ... I love Renault’s but Renault Bryanston has cemented the fact that I will never buy one again !!
