Very bad and disgusting service ruined my experience

I requested for an application not to be run if they dont have a car week after week im being given a run around and told different stories this was suppose to be the happiest time of my life me getting the joy of buying my 1st car now I feel like a fool I dressed up to go collect a car last week only to get to the dealership and told there is no car the communication hast been so horrible im beyond livid with this whole process and im so miserable as Ive cancelled other dealerships thinking they have a car the service has just beyond disgusting and I am so angry with them. I wish there was more integrity and transparency The experience has been so horrible and miserable.
