Spare key issue

I purchased my car at Renault Bryanstonin the year 2017 every went well when I noticed I hadn’t gotten my spare key . I informed the sales Agent Bradley Kayumba this and he had said he would see to it ... 2017 went by with no feedback and I have been requesting this spare key ever since to a point now my main key wasn’t recognized by the car in 2020 around early March and I was in a shopping center and got stuck there with no assistance. I then went to Renault the next day to get help with getting my spare key when I got there the sales agent Bradley kayumba went to look for the key with the other keys they had then he called their head office to find my key and I was told my key could not be found and ever since it’s been down hill of me getting stuck in the middle of no where and each time I follow up with them asking if they ordered the key and since I I have been told they need a manager to approve the request and each time no manger has as apparently there change of managers every time . We now in 2021 my car got stuck again when was in my way to fetch my daughter from crèche ... I had to walk a mile to catch a taxi leave my car in the middle of the streets and when I called them with the frustration I had about this matter I spoke to Bradley’s manager Phelan Naidoo who in a nut shell told me he wasn’t there with all these cases and told me he would order me a key and this was on the 9th of September 2021 and he assured me it would arrive in the next four weeks . We now in October four weeks has passed I’m going to week 5 now and I have even gotten any feedback what so ever . I have sent an email requesting feedback today and no response to my email as well .

I honestly would not recommend anyone to buy these cars honestly they great in fuel but when problems arise it’s down hill from there there parts never come there parts I have been waiting on since 2019 when I had warranty now I don’t have warranty and I’m not ever getting that part for my window wiper.

Like at this point I just want to finish my car payment and just sell this car like the service is atrocious!

I would not recommend anyone to by this car from this dealership it’s service is disgusting! Even the manager have no customer service at all.
