Service is pathetic

Very poor service received from them, we wrote off our previous car and with insurance help we purchased a new Renault Kwid Climber. Paper work and everything is done, we were supposed to get ou car Tuesday(19 January 2021) but they came with a bunch of nonsense about the car missing a "panel". The guy we dealt with then said no he'll get the new car ready for us by Wednesday, still no car was delivered. We then had to phone them and follow up about what's going on. Today, 21 Janaury the car was supposed to be delivered and after many phone calls they told us that they "still don't have the car permit". Conclusion: we have been waiting almost a week for a car we already paid for and each time we have to deal with someone else. Pathetic if you ask me, this is poor poor service and I will never in my life recommend them to anyone. Our first car we got from Renault Clearwater and their service was excellent. My personal opinion is that this branch should be investigated because their service is pathetic.
