Renault Bryanston - ***********

What a shocking experience. My daughter drives a Clio , the oil warning light came on and she immediate took it to the dealership. They did a diagnostic and could not find any fault on the car. Then off she went. The next day there was oil all over the paving. We took the car ti another dealership and they replace the oil filter / sensor. I went back to Renault Bryanston. No where do they have it on record that she was in the dealership. They have it on record that she serviced her car there and that is that. I would not recommend the dealership as they are unprofessional, treat a person like **** and is incredibly *********** in the job. Try Melrose. They are super fantastic and friendly and helpfully. If there was a - 100 rating I would give Bryanston - ***0. Seems something is going on there as no record that she was there. I advised them to look at video footage to prove that she was there. M
