Poor Service Delivery and Disappointment from Renault Bryanston

I really believed that Renault Bryanston was doing a good job in the beginning, that however, was years ago. It has been a slippery slope since. I have been trying for two years to get them to repair a faulty light-apparatus. I have no lights at night and it has gradually been getting worse. I wait for call-backs that never happen, rude service counter staff and just really, had enough.
