Pathetic Service

I recently purchased a Renault Kwid from Renault Bryanston. 1. Was informed vehicle will be delivered by flatbed truck, however car was driven from Johannesburg to Cape Town with over 1500km on the clock on delivery. 2. They would not exchange vehicle with another Kwid from Cape Town as this is now a second-hand car, but it was okay to deliver my "brand new" to me in that manner. 3. First installment was supposed to be due in 60 days, yet i received a notification from banking app that installment was paid exactly 27 days after signing contract.

Pathetic service - I'm super disappointed.
