Have used this branch for about 10 years and was satisfied with the service and the till I met Carmen in sales. I REPEATEDLY asked for a test drive and she repeatedly promised to call back with a date and time and never has. How on earth does one explain a sales person who calls herself '***********'? How does one explain a sales person who doesn't follow up on a possible sale? How on earth does she still even have a job? She actually uses imojis on business messages, the phrase 'fami****ity breads contempt comes to mind. Convinced more that ever never to buy a Renault again
