DISGUSTING, UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

It is so sad to receive customer service and support as appalling as what I received from Renault Bryanston. I purchased a brand new vehicle from their dealership on 29 June 2021. I specifically requested an automatic Kwid climber 2021 vehicle. To my dismay, this is not at all what I received. I drove the vehicle and experienced excessive jerking and rolling and a loss of power in the vehicle. At no point was I advised that this vehicle needs to be driven a specific way. I shared my concerns with the sales executive immediately and the car was collected and sent for repairs. A BRAND NEW VEHICLE NEEDED REPAIRS!! which is now being denied. When the car was returned to me, only then was I advised that the jerking, rolling and loss of power is normal characteristics of the AMT. This is the first time, after purchasing the vehicle, being showed through the vehicle and driving off, was I told my car is not an ordinary automatic car. And on top of it all, i was told i must just learn how to drive it and get used to it. I immediately wanted to return the car because i felt and still feel extremely unsafe in this vehicle. As a customer, i have had to follow up, beg, plead everything whilst the dealer principal refused to help me. To date, 21 July 2021, i am still battling with them. They do not respond to me unless i send two or three follow up emails, they twist stories to fit what they want people to see, and have not shown one bit of customer service. It is disgusting to have to deal with people who do not have their clients best interest. Then on top of it all, the contract I initially signed had the wrong engine number and to date i have not been presented with a contract to sign for the vehicle i am driving. I have had to call banks, contact the Ombudsman and try my best and still, they refuse to assist me in any regard. This is by far the worst experience i have ever encountered in my life.
