Denzyl James sold me car few months back and auto-gear knob broke post purchase

Denzyl James sold me car few months back and auto-gear knob broke post purchase. I was quoted R6763 to replace the entire gear for a broken piece. I was told everything was fine and wasn't the case. The same knob was repaired using a glue before buying the car. Denzyl is now ignoring my calls and messages when enquiring about issue. RENAULT THANK YOU FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO MORE.
