Bad experience with Renault

I would like to share my bad experience with Renault. I bought a brand new Renault kiger last year 27 October 2024. I experienced the problem with the car within a month after purchasing it, the car fails to start when parked on the sun for too long. I complained about it when I went to collect my number plates, the technician checked it but he didn't find the fault. After that I took the car back to the dealership 5 times but still they failed to fix it nor finding the fault on it, they also involved Renault SA technicians but they also failed to help. They didn't even offer me a courtesy car when my car was sometimes spending 2 weeks or 1 week at the delearship and each and every month I was taking the car to the dealership so that they can fix it since last year November but they failed and I have been paying for the car that I was not using. I believe that the problem of the car could be a factory fault since they can't find the fault when testing it but they don't want to accept that they don't even to replace the car because is still brand new that car hasn't even went for the 1st service the millage is around 5thousands something. So now I want them to cancel the contract because I can't take it anymore that car stressed me a lot and Renault is not taking me serious I just want nothing to do with Renault and I just witness that am not the only person with the problem with Renault Kiger most of the people are experiencing problems with it hence I say even if they will bribe me to replace the car now I won't take it. I would like Hello Peter to help me because they took advantage of me. Even now the car is with them since I dropped it off there on 25 April 2024 they have never communicated with me they don't even reply my emails they just ignore me.
