RENUSOLAR DO NOT OFFER THE SUPPORT THEY PROMISE
We spent a small fortune installing a solar system with inverter and backup to our holiday home whose status is available to view real-time on the provided App. As we have guests visit knowing the real time status is key. However, RENUSOLAR have not been able to fulfill their promise of real-time connection. Clearly it requires connection to Wi-Fi which is either their responsibility (only the connection) or they should have made it clear this is not possible. They have yet to solve the problem.
I have kept contact with their representative through WhatsApp messages but he has gone dead.
I have no idea what is going on at the premises
PLEASE BE AWARE RENUSOLAR EITHER DO NOT FOLLOW THEOUTH ON THEIR PROMISE OR ARE NOT CLEAR ON THEIR OFFERING. AND NOTE THAT THEY STOP COMMUNICATING AFTER A WHILE
