RENU PROPERTY CONSRUCTION IS A **** BUSINESS
This is a **** BUSINESS DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT make any kind of business deals with Schalk Langeveldt or Frank Otto Venter, they will DEFINITLEY walk away with your deposit, and you will not see them again. I made the stupid mistake of paying them the deposit based on the quote they gave us, we to date have not seen them again, they walked into our home, promised a service, taken our hard earnings from us and never returned, Schalk is so unprofessional consistent lying with regards to our refund. I'm hard on myself, I should have done more homework and looked at this site first, I would urge people please do a lot of homework. Their business site is just as ***** with the fact that you can only get hold of him and absolutely no one else for assistance.

Renu Properties - A **** ran by Schalk Langeveldt and Frankie Venter.
Please do not do any business with Schalk Langeveldt and Frank Otto Venter from Renu properties. They requested a huge deposit for a paint job and started well in the first 4 days. They were then approached for another project and submitted an acceptable quote. Schalk offered a discount on the second project, indicating that his team is already on site and that he could negotiate a better paint price if he made a bulk purchase for both projects. He, however, requested that the deposit be made as quickly as possible. At the ned of week one, he submitted a progress report and part payment. All indications were that these people were committed to the job, and Schalk indicated that they would return to Pretoria that weekend to fetch more staff and arrange accommodation in Cape Town. He and his team never returned. He had one excuse after another.

Warning : Renu Property Group - Pretoria
We contracted Renu Property Group to paint our house last year (via Schalk Langeveldt). We accepted the quote and paid a R36,000 deposit. Work started late with numerous excuses (staff stuck on the highway, staff not having ID documentation to access our security complex, vehicle ****** with documents etc). After painting for half a day we were not happy with the paint colour and requested them to stop. Schalk was understanding and promised to bring new samples the next day which never happened, saying he was waiting for the samples from his supplier. We got samples ourselves within half an hour from Builders Warehouse. After more promises bring he samples on the Friday and then to come on site the next day (Saturday) and then only Monday, we cancelled the contract and requested a refund of our deposit. To date, this has not materialized after numerous promises and handing over to attorneys. The company presents itself as professional but in our experience it was a disaster. Based on this i would strongly warn others not to use their services and to beware of paying any upfront deposit for services not delivered.

Painters that know their job
Great service , these guys can paint They did all the needed prep work , took a lot of time to prepare do undercoats everything. The paint supplier even gave us a report on the work
