Suspicious rentuncle

There is something fishy and mistrusting is going on with this website and agent. It is regarding a furnished property in Newlands Western Cape. The agent Nelly Khumalo stated that she is on vacation but also now fails to reply to my WhatsApp messages (her preferred method of contact). I have sent rentuncle emails to ask why no one is getting back to me, but neither is rentuncle admin getting back to me. Shall I assume this is *****ulant?
