I app**** for a rental in Durbanville and the "agent" responded via WhatsApp following day. Sent forms to complete. I completed it and returned the forms. Following day I received a email and WhatsApp saying my application had been approved. Told me to pay in rental deposit plus the admin fees. The "agent" made out that it was very urgent as there were several people looking at the property. This is without viewing property. Said on application that monies should be paid in and after viewing if you're not happy the monies will be reversed. Long story !!! BIG ****!!.
