RENTUNCLE IS A **** - DON'T USE THEIR SITE

I have seen so many review of Rentuncle, I would like to tell my story. I found an amazing apartment in Fresnaye. Ticked all the boxes. I got in contact with the "landlord - Ester Burger". She didn't reply for a while, then her assistant Nelly Khumalo rep**** via Wapp that Ester was on maternity leave!!!! OK, fair enough I thought. So Nelly set up an appointment with me. We were going to meet on a Sunday at 4pm. Sunday came, and no show from Nelly. Tried calling, no answer. Eventually "Ester" came back to me to say that Nelly's phone was left on a Bolt ride and that the driver hasn't returned it. Could happen. So I gave it a few days, and then wrote back to Ester to ask for another viewing. Absolutely no reply. No reply from Rentuncle either. I told my story to an estate agent, who happened to be on the apartment's Body Corp, who told me that there wasn't any flat available for rent in the block! DON'T USE RENTUNCLE! Wish the site could be pulled down, it really doesn't leave a great feeling for people who are genuinely looking for accommodation and waste there time with these ********.
