Forget Rentuncle

Shouldn’t even get one star. Of various emails sent to so called owners of properties to lease, I received one response with a ludicrous Application form which declares that only successful applicants will be notified, there is a R1000 administration fee mind you. I long must I wait to know if I am successful or not, especially when I have stated the urgency of finding a property. All the owners I noticed had the same email and telephone numbers. Do they own all of Rentuncles properties advertised, I think not.
