Renttech SA generator fault

Purchased a Unipower 5kw silent diesel generator from Renttech SA Richards bay branch19 September 2014 , after the first load shedding use it has a voltage drop after half an hour , They sent it for repairs , 6weeks later it was returned scratched and dented and a broken wheel , Fault still not corrected , it was returned 4 times with the same fault eventually, then i was told i am overloading the system while drawing less than 1kw <br> On 9 November they said it has been repaired , gave a new full warranty in writing for another year if it was accepted back , needless to say , same defect and it was returned to them immediately <br> The unit has not even done more than 10 hours of running either in total <br> They refused to supply a new genset and after numerous promises of a refund , i have recieved none , just excuses <br>
