misleading sales peopel

<p>took out a policy wiht this company to cover rent and damages on a flat i rent out told by sales person tha claims would be paid out in full within 48hr and now arfter 3 years of paying them i submitted a claim for just over R4000 they only want to pay R2500 and it has taken over 9 days and i still don't have the money and whats more the sale person havs signed the accptance of the claim without my permission </p> <p>rentshield never use them.</p>
