I booked a car with them, paid for everything

We were communicating well with the Owner day before the collection date. When I went to collect the car at the OR Tambo International Airport(day of collection) the owners number went to voicemail, I was already being late for my meeting with the sponsors I had set up in Durban.

After about a +4 hour wait I decided to call RMR, Charl Steyn was the best and he went out of his way to address the matter Instantly and he was able to get a replacement within the hour !

Next time I shall Make sure that communications are done to the T !! and that I have a backup vehicle Booked and ready for PAyment as that would have foreseen any troubles that could arise.
