Poor administration

It’s a good way of making money off your car that’s not being used. That’s if everything goes smoothly. Fines and any sort of damage are poorly administrated. I had three speeding fines that I reported and was told it was been seen to. After a few months they changed their policy. I did a follow up and got an email reply “ Unfortunately we cannot assist with those fines as you did not register with IOX ibn the time provided before accepting bookings, so sorry for the inconvenience “ I tried explaining that IOX didn’t exist at that time. In any case you still have to pay IOX. Why should anyone pay a cent towards a fine that was not made by them.
