Poor Administration and Customer Care

I am a Landlord utilizing Rentmaster, and I have experienced poor customer service, I have have not received my rent for the month of July and the tenant has made payment. I am constantly calling and emailing and nobody provides helpful answers this indicates poor customer service and defeats the business case of this organization as the purpose of this tool is to ensure landlords receive payments on time and it is mainly due to the lack of communication. Mind you it is not the first time I have experienced this kind of service.
