Inflicting Noisy Students on Neighbours

<p>This site has had round after round of noisy students taking up rescedency at their Scott Road, Observatory student rental property for the past 4 months.</p> <p>Their patio area is right next to the property next door, and loud, long converations at all hours are the norm.</p> <p>Talking to the students does no good. They are quiet for a good few days and then they start right back up again. Music, singing and the ukele have also added to the ambience on occasions.</p> <p>New students also constantly move in who just add to the situation.</p> <p>As I write this a party has been going on for the past 6 hours.</p> <p>Emailing the site does absolutely no good.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of respect fo the surrounding neighbours, residential buildings should only be used for communal student accomadation if there is sufficent area surrounding the property to dampen any sounds from the property.</p>
