Very bad service deivery from rentalsdotcom staff

We have rent a property for 2 years from Harcourts/rentalsdotcom, always pay our rent intime and always was in credit. On the 1 st of January 2023 we gave notice, we vacated on 31 st January 2023, inspection was done on 1 st February 2023, a few faults were picked up which we fix within 3 days. On the 1 st of January we were R4771 in credit including the notice month already deducted. We waited 4 weeks for our deposit to be paid back without any intrest after followup every day with office at Vanderbijlpark and HQ. Now we are waiting 44 days up to today for the balance of our credit to be payed out without any success. The lady at our Harcourts office says it is HQ and HQ said it is the office in Vdbp. So it you hear Rentalsdotcom, you know you will wait a very long time for your own money to be paid back to you. The people i communicated with is ,Cheynne, Lynne and Abby Boshof at HQ.
