UNPROFESSIONAL service and inappropriate conduct

<p>USELESS and EXTREMELY unprofessional service offered by RentalsDotCom:<br />I received the incorrect rental amount and when I queried it: I had to wait 2 days for a response, then got a message that "waiting 2 days is not unreasonable"<br />My complaint was not answered and I mailed requesting answers to my questions....Again no response.</p> <p>After sending a sms 4 days later - I got a response that the manager (Charl Kuffner) will contact me.</p> <p>I received an e-mail where I was spoken to asif I am an idiot.</p> <p>I responded that I am still waiting for answers to my questions.</p> <p>Charl phoned me: I told him that it is extremely inconvenient that my rental amoutns is suddenly different every month. He then STARTED SHOUTING AT ME - insinuating I was shouting at him: which I NEVER did!!!!</p> <p> </p>
