Never rent from thees idiots rentalsdotcom

So I would like to say my experience was with the rentalsdotcom in Alberton. And after my experience I went o to there review site and it seem to me that this is a on going situation there and not just me complaining. So I would like to give you the short description of what my experience was . 1st I saw this property on there website in race view Alberton and they send me a contact that took me a week to read then only to find out that this was the wrong one in the mean time I paid over R10 000 for the dep and months rent and agent fees,they re send me a new contract that took me 3 days to read.and I had questions on both contract hi lighted and I did ask permission to come in and set up the place and have a opening day and 2 week s in advance to receive the keys on a specific at 10h00 , I was granted this through the *********** agent at the time...I the had to ask for days when can I get my signed contract back and promises were made .so I have been advertising for weeks of the opening day and special and so forth. So a day before the agent had to hand of the salon keys I confirmed it just to make sure..needless to say I still have not received my invoice for the money's I have paid either...so on the day of receiving the keys I get a call at work saying....oh sorry you can't get the keys because you have not signed the contract 1st this is 2 weeks later emagen that and it was send back on the 10th of October, I had a **** fit and said so what did I pay for if you did not received my 2nd contract..so I send it to them on what's up to then get another call oh no you have hi lighted and scratched on it ye no **** and then you signed at the wrong places, OH no so how is this my problem 2 weeks later you only relised this which means no one even looked at it because everything could have been sorted out long before the day of handling the keys over so I am threatened that they will send me a new contract I must 1st sign this before I can have the keys and my opening day is in 2 days ....I was swearing 🤬 and screaming like you can't believe something that should be exciting was form he'll the one agent is blaming H/O and H/O is blaming the agent. But they still hand over the keys to my daughter and the agent has the oddasity to say OH well I hope that I can trust you by me giving you the keys ,what the F.... really you have destroyed my experience and day of joy like really 😒 so we have the opening day and all ....I should have just canceled everything because the worst is yet to come . One week down the line I tried to report this incident by the H/O and the owner Abby and Jenny of rentalsdotcom. I got nothing out of that either so this explains why they have *********** people working for them because you have people like this in charge of business 🤔 so I was told to apologize to the poor agent for what I said on the day of receiving the keys I refused and still no one git back to me and it's the 14th November 2022 .so I have another experience with them a week later 11 November until 14th of November we had this lovely non stop rain ...and when the lady get in to work on the Saturday 12 November it's ****ing with rain and it's raining through the roof on to my fridge and paper work if witch my girls take a pic and send this to me I then contact the landlord immediately send her the pic and ask her to help us ...on what's up not in the same words but I am advice that they are any for the week end and this has never happened before with the previous people that rented there and how is this possible and what do I want her to do about it and if I don't like it I can move 🤔 I am like what the F.....it's your property how are you asking me what would I like you to do dummy....I told her that i will get back to her with her proposal if I am not happy I can move out ....and I moved everything out so I did contact the owner Abby and Simone with regards to my money and they say that I have opsconded so they refuse to pay my money back ....how is this possible please advise me
