Beware of renting from Rentalsdotcom

We rented an apartment in Wigeheuwel(Telesto) from 1August 2022 with the lease to end 31July 2023. We vacated the place on the 31st July 2023 but we are still oustanding our deposit, we are being told lies that it has been paid but up untill now there’s none on our account. It’s been 1 month and 2 weeks now.
