I rented a place with this company for 2 years. Moved out 30 November. Deposit refund still not refunded. Excuses after excuses by Lynn & Simone at their Alerton Branch. Either the company was taken over by new Company or they are waiting 32-day account monies to be received from 30 November 2023, the latest please contact Mario Grobler he is the only person who can release the funds as he trusts no one. You can call, e-mail WhatsApp, they give a flying &*%$#@. you get the round a about. They are either always in meetings, leaving early or this Mario is overseas. Yet he's online, this is the worst Company to ever rent a place for........ you never see the agent, you still get rental invoices after you ended your contract for 2 months, no client service, no feedback, they know your contact details and can ask who you are in order to say sorry the person you need to speak to is not either available or left or who knows what. They don't even worry to respond to e-mails when you advise them you are going to report them to the Rental Housing Tribunal or going to see a legal advice, they just give you the thumps up....... Please if you ever want to rent trough RentalsdotCom / Harcourts please DO NOT GO THIS ROUTE, they have ghost office staff, ghost commission agents, ghost COE's, you can rather be dead then maybe you can deal with them to rent a grave, you will still be billed and you will receive the bill to your grave no, yet you are already dead........
