Had exactly the same problem with them at fisheagle estate. They withheld our whole deposit and we were told we can do whatever the f%$* we want, we will not be getting a cent back. This by one of the owners. We will be taking them to the tribunal. There are other prior tenants that have had the same dealings with them. it seems to be a common practice of theirs to cheat tenants out of their deposit.
