We rented a townhouse through this lot in January 2018. We signed the rental agreement, which was to be renewed yearly. In early 2019 we got sent a new rental agreement, which we duly signed and returned, and that was the last rental agreement we got. Nothing for 2020 or 2021. On top of which, the owner listed on the rental agreement for 2018 and 2019 had sold the property in October 2017 already!
