Terrible Service Rentals @ Umhlanga

Can it not go below one star? I dealt with a lady named Tamara, she seemed honest, kind etc. Once we were in the apartment nothing that was promised was met, the apartment wasn't even cleaned prior to us moving in even though we had given more than a months notice. The owner/manager is just as arrogant and does nothing. If anyone else has to use this company get everything in writing via email, don't take their word for it as it doesn't mean much.
