Poor service at Ascot Benoni

I moved out end of Dec because I couldn’t take it anymore with that Ascort nonsense, I gave them a notice on the 23rd November and caretaker "Lungile"was suppose to come for inspection on the 18th Dec “that’s what she said” and she didn’t come when I reminded her, she said they are closed already. So today they are telling me that I owe them R2 122.66. I think I was cleaver enough not to pay my December rent, and they took from my deposit. - They are charging Cleaning Fee: and I cleaned that house. - Inspection fee: what Inspection?? - Rec: I left that kitchen unit as I found it. - Water for Nov – How did I manage to buy electricity through out December if I owe November. Nightmare company to rent from, and their services are beyond poor. We did petition for the poor service and nothing was done, everything went from better to worse.
