On 2nd of May 2019 I hired avw combi online paid for hire with pickup at Hertz Hilton Hotel in Durban. Upon picking up I was told my credit score was was low but never got my refund for hire. Hertz said that they did not have a contact info for refunds. Basically this is a ****. Over R 5000 Rands just gone like that.
