Rentals by Advance - Bad Rental Agents

Worst Rental Agent i have ever had to work with. Upon moving in the garage was faulty they deducted off the deposit after a 1.5 year lease. The water, electricity council reading were never received only ever a "statement" directly from Rentals from advance with charges they deemed fit. Charges for globes and a faulty kitchen light when you could not replace the cover due to difficulty placing it back. The ceilings are extremely high and impossible to replace the globes by any normal human being, however we got penalized for this.

Rentals were paid on time and even at times before the due date. Very ***** rental agents.

Upon the last statement received we were double charged for water and electricity Bad rental agents, don't use them.
