I strongly advise against using RentalPlus. At first glance, their car rental prices seem attractive, but be prepared to end up paying much more. I believe that the actions of this company can be considered *****ulent.

Here’s what happened in my case: the contract states that the credit card must be issued in the driver's name, and this needs to be proven. I had all the necessary evidence, but the company's staff refused to accept it, insisting that the driver's name must be printed directly on the card. As a result, I was denied the rental of a prepaid car, and my money was not refunded.

Thus, I paid for the service but was unable to use the car, and no refund was provided. It seems that the company deliberately creates such situations to profit from customers. Be cautious and think twice before dealing with RentalPlus.
