VERY TERRIBLE WHEN THEY NEED TO REFUND YOU, WHILST THEY DEBIT YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day people, please do not use Rentalscars. Terrible service I have experienced, today I went to the pickup location in Centurion by Toyota Budget offices. They requested for a credit card of which I no longer have. Therefore I asked for a cancellation but the Consultants couldn't help with that since Rentalcars is a Third Party and they cannot cancel for me as it is not their account, I called Rentals and the number just keeps ringing and get cut off. I therefore called the Budget call centre, they also said I should call RentalCars. I therefore went to the website to chat to a consultant on the website, Stephanie was the consultant who I was chatting with and she also advised that they will send a request to Budget Cars for cancellation, what kind of service is this to get my money refunded? I then asked Stephanie about that Budget will charge me for a so said 'Did not show up' penalty fee of which would be false because I was there and they couldn't help me either to cancel or etc. I am very very disappointed with the service, terrible. I advise you not to use Rentalcars.com. they are unprofessional. Why when you book the car online they are able to debit your money immediately and when you need a refund then they charge you cancellation fee for 3 days? Stephanie advised me that it will cost for more than R 700 and it is going to take a while for me to get my money, I have all the chats on my email and also on screenshots. Very very terrible service, I have a baby on the way and needed help so i can be there for my child who is due the next two or three day hence anytime from now. I am really sad and disappointed.
