Very poor service...I'll never use your services ever

My husband booked a car which was never collected. He called your company to cancel and was told he will get his refund the following week. To his surprise he now being told Thrifty car rentals...didnt update they system to indicate that he didnt take the car. He is getting runarounds between the 2 companies. Rentalcars are saying they will not refund him while he did not take car...which is sad and Thrifty is saying that his wife and not him actually appear on their system...
