Vehicle Rental Company ripped me off

I booked a vehicle on 23 March 2018 and within an hour, I cancelled the booking because my trip changed. To my surprise, they charged me R691.06 for cancellation. I think the amount is exorbitant and no one can explain. It's a *******. Hardly 24 hours of booking and I'm charged this amount. Still awaiting explanation.
